What should I check when the cleaning is done?

We contact you 30–40 minutes before the cleaning ends. At the end, walk through each area with the team leader, and if anything was missed, say so on the spot.

• Floors are finished with a dry cloth so they aren't slippery.
• For areas prone to mold and water stains, the team leader explains how to look after them.
• Separate cloths are used for each area.

If you find a missed spot after the inspection, let us know with photos within 7 days (If you're not happy with the cleaning).
