Getting started
One-room moves start from ₩80,000 for a general move, ₩140,000 for semi-pack and ₩440,000 for full-pack. The final price depends on how much you're moving, the move type, the date and time, and on-site conditions such as floors and elevator access.
| Home size | General | Semi-pack | Full-pack |
|---|---|---|---|
| One room | From ₩80,000 | From ₩140,000 | From ₩440,000 |
| Two rooms | From ₩160,000 | From ₩330,000 | From ₩830,000 |
| Three rooms or more | From ₩240,000 | From ₩680,000 | From ₩1,150,000 |
Enter your belongings and details to see the price for each date instantly. Pay right away in the instant estimate and get 5% off.
The difference is who does the packing.
| Category | General move | Semi-pack move | Full-pack move |
|---|---|---|---|
| Packing | All done by you | Large items by the driver, small items by you | All done by the driver's team |
| Carrying and transport | Driver | Driver | Driver's team |
| Placing and arranging at the new home | You | Large items by the driver, small items by you | Driver's team (a tidying helper can be included) |
| Best for | When you want to save the most | When you can pack small items yourself | When you want everything handled, from packing to arranging |
See the starting price for each type in Moving cost guide.
- Instant estimate: For homes of 20 pyeong or smaller, enter your belongings and conditions to see prices by date right away, and you can book and pay on the spot. The pay-now discount is also only available with the instant estimate.
- Consultant estimate: You go over the conditions with a consultant by phone to get an estimate. It's a good choice when you have unusual items or would rather explain things yourself.
Homes of 21 pyeong or larger submit a short request instead of getting an instant price (Estimates for larger homes).
Homes of 21 pyeong or larger have a lot of belongings and vary widely from home to home, so instead of an on-screen calculation, we check directly and give you an estimate.
- Full-pack and semi-pack moves: A moving company partnered with Saalgu visits and gives you an estimate. The company will contact you directly to set a visit date.
- General moves and transport-only moves: A Saalgu consultant gives you an estimate by phone, without a visit.
On-site-visit estimates are a type where you contract directly with the moving company (Direct Safe Brokerage), so Saalgu Care doesn't apply. Even for a larger home, a partial move of just some of your belongings can be priced with an instant estimate.
A one-room move is for smaller homes such as studios and single-person households. With Saalgu you can choose a general move (from ₩80,000), semi-pack (from ₩140,000) or full-pack (from ₩440,000).
Pick a general move if you pack everything yourself, semi-pack if you want the large items packed for you, and full-pack if you'd like everything handled from packing to unpacking. Enter your belongings in the instant estimate to see the price for each date.
Yes. You set the loading day and the unloading day separately, and your belongings are kept in a warehouse in between.
- Storage fees are calculated separately from the moving price. Because they're passed on to the warehouse as they are, they're also excluded from the pay-now discount.
- While your belongings are in storage, Move Status shows “In storage.”
The price depends on the storage period and the amount of belongings, so please check the exact price in your estimate.
Saalgu is a platform that connects you with moving companies (drivers) and manages your booking and the move itself. Depending on the size of the move and how you pay, it runs as one of three types, and which type applies is stated on your estimate and in your KakaoTalk notification.
| Type | Usually used when | What you pay Saalgu | Balance | Saalgu Care |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Platform Safe Booking | Most moves booked through an instant estimate or a consultation | Deposit (booking protection fee) | To the driver after the move | Applies |
| B2B Integrated Booking | When you need a tax invoice or proof of the full payment (individuals can use it too) | The full moving price | To Saalgu after loading is finished | Applies |
| Direct Safe Brokerage | On-site-visit estimates for full-pack or semi-pack moves of homes 21 pyeong or larger | Nothing | You contract directly with the connected moving company | Doesn't apply |
With B2B Integrated Booking, Saalgu receives the full moving price, issues the payment documents and oversees the whole move, and if an incident occurs, Saalgu mediates directly and shares responsibility.
Saalgu Care is protection that comes with moves booked through Saalgu (Platform Safe Booking and B2B Integrated Booking). It doesn't apply when you contract directly with a moving company, such as on-site-visit estimates for full-pack or semi-pack moves of homes 21 pyeong or larger.
- If the driver cancels: We assign another driver at the same price, and Saalgu covers any price increase. If you prefer, we refund your deposit in full.
- Damage and loss: The driver pays first, directly or through insurance, and if that doesn't resolve it, Saalgu compensates up to 10 million won per case. The amount follows Korea Consumer Agency standards. Let us know within 14 days, counting your moving day.
- Extra charges not in the estimate: With Platform Safe Booking, if your belongings and conditions matched the estimate but you paid money such as meal money or a tip for the crew, we compensate the amount you actually paid. With B2B Integrated Booking, you only pay extra charges that Saalgu has confirmed.
- 12-hour deposit refund: With Platform Safe Booking, cancel within 12 hours of paying and we refund the deposit in full (emergency dispatch excluded). B2B Integrated Booking follows its own refund rules.
- Poor unpacking and arranging: Let us know with photos within 7 days, counting your moving day, and we'll redo the work.
See the full conditions on the Saalgu Care page.

A truck sized for the amount you're moving will come. When you enter your belongings in the instant estimate, the expected vehicle is shown along with the price.
If you have many items that mustn't get wet, request a covered box truck, and if things need to go in or out through a window on a high floor, request a ladder truck, when you get your estimate. If you'd like a particular vehicle, please tell us when you book.
Estimates & booking
On the Saalgu website, enter your departure and arrival addresses, moving date and belongings to see the moving price for each date instantly, then book the date you like on the spot. Pay right away in the instant estimate and get 5% off.
If you'd rather talk it through, request a consultant estimate. For larger homes or tricky conditions, a consultant checks the details and gets back to you.
Yes, as long as a vehicle is available. Pick a date and time in the instant estimate, and you'll see right away whether you can book and how much it costs.
- On weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM (excluding public holidays), you can book a same-day move that starts as soon as 2 hours from now.
- If you book on a weekday evening, a weekend or a public holiday, you can choose start times from 11 AM the next day.
- You can choose a start time between 6 AM and 9 PM.
Please note: With emergency dispatch, where you book with less than 48 hours left before the move and we secure a vehicle right away, the deposit is not refunded once dispatch has started, even if you cancel within 12 hours of paying.
If the time you want isn't shown, call us at 1551-2425.
With the instant estimate, there's no waiting. Enter your belongings and conditions, verify your mobile number, and the price appears right away.
For a consultant estimate (a phone consultation request), we contact you in the order requests come in, on business days from 9 AM to 7 PM. Requests left outside those hours are answered on the next business day, and it can take a little longer around auspicious moving days and weekends, or when same-day and next-day move requests pile up.
Full-pack and semi-pack moves for homes of 21 pyeong or larger are quoted through an on-site visit. A moving company partnered with Saalgu will contact you directly to set a visit date.
To hear back faster, enter the floor, elevator and parking location, your large furniture and appliances, and your preferred date accurately.
Tap the link in the KakaoTalk notification we sent you, or go to “Move Status” at the top of the Saalgu website and look it up with your tracking code or the mobile number you used to apply.
In Move Status, you can follow each step: booking confirmation, driver assignment (name, contact number and vehicle number), the checklist sent the day before your move, and your estimate. It stays open until 30 days after your moving day, and finished or canceled moves can be found in “My Saalgu history.”
If you didn't get a KakaoTalk notification, let us know through the “Saalgu” KakaoTalk channel or at 1551-2425.
An estimate is valid for 14 days from the day it's issued. After 14 days, the prices for each date may have changed, so you may need to get a new estimate.
If the belongings and conditions you entered match reality, the price stays the same. If you have more belongings, or conditions such as the elevator or parking are different, extra charges can apply (When extra charges apply).
If conditions change after you book, tell us in advance and get a revised estimate (Changes after booking).
You can change it once, up to 3 days before the move. Prices differ by date: moving to a date with the same price is free, and moving to a more expensive date means paying the difference.
Once it's past 3 days before the move, you'll need to pay the actual costs incurred to change it, or cancel and book again (Cancellation and refund rules).
To change the date, let your contact person or the “Saalgu” KakaoTalk channel know.
Yes. Use “Share” on the instant estimate result screen to send a link, or save the estimate card as an image.
The person you send it to sees a read-only estimate without your detailed address or personal information, and the link stays open until the date shown on the screen.
- Booking confirmed: Once you pay the deposit, your booking is confirmed and you receive your estimate and a Move Status link by KakaoTalk notification.
- Driver assigned: Drivers are assigned in order of moving date. We usually let you know the confirmed driver 1–2 days before the move. Until then, it's normal to see “Reviewing assignment.”
- Driver details: Once a driver is assigned, you can see their name, contact number and vehicle number in Move Status.
- The day before: We send you a checklist of things to take care of.
- Moving day: The move goes ahead with your driver, and when it's done, you check the condition of your belongings together. You pay the balance to the driver or to Saalgu, depending on the booking type (When and to whom you pay for the move).
- After the move: Report any damage or loss within 14 days. Move Status stays available for 30 days.
- Text the changes to the consultant you booked with. For example: one more refrigerator, the elevator can't be used.
- The change is complete once you receive a revised estimate that includes it. If you only send a text and don't get a revised estimate, the change may not reach the driver.
- Check the price and details on the revised estimate once more.
If you tell us in advance, the right vehicle and number of movers will come, and there won't be disputes over extra charges on the day.
Yes. Your moving price depends on how much you're moving, the move type, the date and time, and on-site conditions such as the floor and the elevator. Going through the list below in order saves you the most.
- Pick your date: The instant estimate calendar shows a different price for each date. Avoiding the busiest times, such as auspicious moving days, weekends and the end of the month, can make the same move cheaper.
- Move type: If you can pack yourself, a general move or semi-pack move is the cheapest. See the starting price for each type in Moving cost guide.
- Move less: Getting rid of furniture and appliances you don't want before the move means a smaller vehicle and fewer movers.
- Pay now: Pay on the spot in the instant estimate to get a discount (Pay-now discount).
- Be accurate: Enter the elevator, stairs and parking location as they really are, so no extra charges come up on moving day.
On auspicious moving days, weekends and at the end of the month, moves pile up and there aren't enough vehicles and movers, so prices can go up.
You can compare the price for each date in the instant estimate calendar, so moving your date even slightly can lower your moving cost (Ways to lower your moving cost).
If your belongings and conditions match what's on your estimate, there are no extra charges. If things turn out different from the estimate, extra charges can come up in cases like these:
- There are items that weren't in the estimate, or more large furniture or appliances
- The elevator can't be used, so stair work or a ladder truck becomes necessary
- The truck can't park in front of your home, so things have to be carried a long way on foot
- It's a general move but your things aren't packed, or you applied with “Helpers available” but couldn't help carry
- You ask for work you didn't mention in advance, such as taking apart and reassembling furniture or adding a stop
- The driver has to wait a long time because of your circumstances
Before any extra charge, you'll be told the reason and the amount, and it only goes ahead once you agree. For B2B Integrated Booking, extra charges are final only once Saalgu (its operations team or the on-site manager Saalgu designates) confirms them; the driver can't decide them alone.
If something changes before your move, get a revised estimate as described in Changes after booking. If you're asked for extra money even though everything matches the estimate, see When you're asked on site for money not in the estimate.
Yes. Choose “No helpers” in the instant estimate, and the price is calculated with the number of movers you need. If you apply saying someone will help and then nobody can help carry on the day, more movers have to be called in, so there will be an extra charge.
Large furniture and appliances, stair work and very heavy items may need more movers. Enter them accurately when you get your estimate, and we'll assign the right number of movers.
Yes, you can ask. Tell your contact person why, and we'll look into it.
However, if your moving day is close, it may be hard to find another driver or the price may go up, and you may have to cover the loss caused to the moving company that was already assigned.
Yes. After requesting a moving estimate, you can go on to request cleaning, internet, rental and wallpapering with the same phone number. For cleaning, check the price with an instant estimate on Saalgu Cleaning and pay the deposit (10% of the total), and your booking is confirmed right away.
If you schedule the cleaning before your moving date, it can be done thoroughly in the empty home before your belongings arrive.
Payment, cancellation & refunds
How much of your deposit (booking protection fee) is refunded depends on when you cancel. This applies to moves booked through an instant estimate or a consultant estimate (Platform Safe Booking).
| When you cancel | Deposit refund | Example: if you move on the 20th |
|---|---|---|
| Within 12 hours of paying | Full amount | — |
| Up to 7 days before the move | 50% | By the 13th |
| Up to 3 days before the move | 20% | By the 17th |
| From 2 days before the move to moving day | No refund | 18th–20th |
- For emergency dispatch, where you booked with less than 48 hours left before the move and dispatch is already underway, there's no refund even if you cancel within 12 hours.
- If your booking is canceled because of the driver's circumstances, we'll assign another driver at the same price, and if the price goes up, Saalgu covers the difference. If you prefer, we'll refund your deposit in full.
- If you only want to change the date, see Changing your moving date instead of canceling.
Tell us you're canceling through a channel that leaves a record (the “Saalgu” KakaoTalk channel, a text to your contact person, or cs@saalgu.com). The time you sent it is what counts, and a cancellation you only told the driver about is not accepted. For details, see How to cancel a booking, and for when the money comes back, see When refunds arrive.
For B2B Integrated Booking, if you cancel up to 7 days before the move, we refund what you paid in advance when booking minus the contract fee (10% of the moving price). Within 7 days of the move, there's no refund.
Once your cancellation is received, we refund you within 3 business days through the payment method you used. Card payments are canceled, and bank transfers are refunded to the account you give us.
Depending on the card company, it may take a few more days for a canceled card payment to show up in your card statement.
Let us know through a channel that leaves a record, such as the “Saalgu” KakaoTalk channel, a text to your contact person or email (cs@saalgu.com). If you told us by phone (1551-2425), please also leave the same message by text or KakaoTalk.
- The cancellation time is the time you sent your message. Saalgu replies to let you know the time we received it.
- A cancellation you only told the driver about is not accepted.
For the refund rules, see If you cancel your move booking.
If you book through the instant estimate, you can pay by card right on the payment screen or choose a bank transfer. For a consultant estimate, please pay using the method your consultant tells you. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid.
Saalgu has only one official account.
Woori Bank 1005-504-674760, account holder (주)살구컴퍼니 (Saalgu Company Inc.)
If anyone asks you to send the deposit to a different account (such as a personal account), don't transfer it; call 1551-2425 first to check. Money sent anywhere other than the official account or official payment is not treated as paid to Saalgu.
When you see your price in the instant estimate and pay the deposit right away, 5% off is applied automatically. There is no coupon to enter.
- Estimates that a consultant has to check are paid after the consultation, so the discount does not apply.
- Pass-through costs such as storage fees, and separate charges such as a ladder truck, are not discounted.
Consultant estimates by phone are priced by the consultant and do not get this discount.
Don't transfer anything; call 1551-2425 first to check. The only official account Saalgu receives payments to is Woori Bank 1005-504-674760, account holder (주)살구컴퍼니 (Saalgu Company Inc.).
A request to send your Saalgu deposit or B2B Integrated Booking payment to a different account may be a scam. Money sent anywhere other than the official account or official payment is not treated as paid to Saalgu.
For Platform Safe Booking, the balance is normally paid directly to the driver on moving day. If you're unsure, check the payment information on your estimate or ask Saalgu.
Most moves (Platform Safe Booking) are paid in two parts.
- When you book: Pay the deposit to Saalgu.
- After the move: Pay the balance to the driver. If nothing has changed from the estimate, it's exactly the balance shown on your estimate.
With B2B Integrated Booking, used when you need a tax invoice, you pay the full moving price to Saalgu. You pay a deposit (prepayment) when you book, and the remaining balance to Saalgu after loading is finished and before the driver leaves.
If the price changed because work different from the estimate came up on site, you're told the reason and amount before the work, and you pay the amount you agreed to (for B2B Integrated Booking, only the amount Saalgu has confirmed). Even if something was damaged, please pay the balance as agreed. If the driver admits the damage and you agree on an amount, that amount can be taken off the balance (for B2B Integrated Booking, when Saalgu has confirmed it). If you can't reach an agreement, Saalgu handles compensation separately.
Saalgu issues proof of payment for every amount it receives. Who issues it depends on the booking type.
- Platform Safe Booking: Saalgu issues it for the deposit (a card slip for card payments, a cash receipt for bank transfers). Proof for the balance is issued by the moving company (driver), so please ask the driver on moving day.
- B2B Integrated Booking: The full amount is issued in Saalgu's name as a tax invoice or cash receipt. If you need a tax invoice, give us your business registration number and the contact person's details before paying.
Cash receipts are issued to the applicant's mobile number. If you'd like one issued to a different number or to a business registration number, just let us know.
Before your move
Yes. Two weeks before the move, confirm your estimate and date and sort out what you'll throw away. One week before, book the move and reinstallation of your internet and appliances. The day before, set aside your valuables and empty the refrigerator. On moving day, settle your gas, water and electricity bills.
You have 14 days from your moving day to file your move-in report (registering your new address).
See the preparation list for each move type in the moving checklist.
Drivers are assigned one by one in order of moving date. We usually let you know the confirmed driver 1–2 days before the move, so until then it's normal for Move Status to show “Reviewing assignment.”
If your move is coming up and a driver still hasn't been assigned, it's flagged for top-priority dispatch, and the responsible team checks and coordinates it directly. Once a driver is assigned, you can see their name, contact number and vehicle number in Move Status.
- Set aside your valuables, cash and important documents.
- Empty the refrigerator.
- Check with the building management office about reserving the elevator and where the truck can park.
- For a general move, finish all the packing.
- Mark the things you'll throw away so they don't get mixed up with the things to move.
The day before your move, we also send you a checklist through Move Status. See the preparations for each move type in the moving checklist.
With a general move, you take care of the packing. If your belongings aren't packed on moving day, the move type changes and extra charges apply.
- Fragile items (monitors, TVs, expensive appliances, glassware, plates, ceramics): Wrap them in cushioning such as bubble wrap so they won't break if they get bumped in transit.
- Small items (books, clothes, household goods): Put them in size 5 or larger boxes or sturdy baskets, and tape them shut so nothing spills out.
Items that break because of poor packing are not compensated. If packing yourself is difficult, tell us when you get your estimate. You can switch to a semi-pack move or a full-pack move.
Valuables such as cash, precious metals and jewelry, expensive watches, luxury goods, securities and important documents should be set aside the day before the move and kept and carried by you personally.
If any single item is worth 1,000,000 won or more, please tell us in advance when you book. If you don't tell us in advance, compensation may be limited.
If valuables or cash seem to have gone missing on site
- Ask the crew to pause the work.
- Report it to the local police station right away.
- Let Saalgu know right away (1551-2425 or your contact number).
- Once the check is done, we decide together whether to continue the work.
Once all the work is finished, it can become hard to establish the facts.
If there's no elevator, or it's too small for your large furniture, you need a ladder truck. Enter the floor and elevator details when you get your estimate, and we'll tell you whether you need one.
The ladder truck is charged separately from the moving price. Saalgu can call one for you, or you can call one yourself.
Yes, moves go ahead as planned even when it rains. However, depending on the building layout, the parking location and the carrying route, some items may be exposed to the rain.
We provide basic waterproof wrapping and protection. If you have many items that mustn't get wet, or you need a covered box truck, please tell us when you get your estimate.
When rain can lead to extra charges
- The truck can't park in front of the building, so the carrying distance gets longer
- It's slippery, so more movers are needed
- Protective gear or a covered vehicle is requested additionally on site
Even then, we'll tell you in advance and agree with you before going ahead. If you change the date or cancel because of rain, the usual date change and cancellation rules apply.
Moving day
First, try calling your driver. If you can't get through, let us know right away at 1551-2425 or the contact number in your KakaoTalk notification. It's faster if you text us your “address, agreed time and current situation.”
Saalgu checks the driver's location and expected arrival time and lets you know. If the driver still can't be reached or is running very late, we'll check whether we can send another vehicle and let you know.
Compensation for the delay, or canceling the contract because of it, is handled separately under the Standard Terms for Moving Freight.
- Ask the driver exactly what differs from the estimate and how much extra it will cost.
- Before you agree, text the details to Saalgu (1551-2425 or your contact number). Saalgu compares them with your estimate and sorts it out right away.
- If everything matches the estimate and you're still asked for extra money, don't pay; tell us first.
If no agreement is reached, the driver can only ask to be paid for the work already done. Most cases are settled on site. For B2B Integrated Booking, extra charges are final only once Saalgu confirms them.
If your belongings and conditions match the estimate but you're asked for meal money, a tip or extra labor costs, don't pay right away; first let us know at 1551-2425 or the contact number in your KakaoTalk notification. Saalgu will check with the driver right away and sort it out.
If you've already paid on a Platform Safe Booking, you can be compensated for the amount you actually paid through Saalgu Care. Please send us the following.
- What the money was called, how much it was, and when you were asked for it
- Transfer records, card payment records, or, if you paid in cash, something that shows you paid
- Text or KakaoTalk messages, call recordings or notes
With B2B Integrated Booking, extra charges are also set only once Saalgu confirms them. Under the B2B terms, Saalgu isn't responsible for money you pay the driver separately without Saalgu's confirmation, so please tell Saalgu before you pay.
- Take photos or a video on the spot. Ideally, 1 of the whole item and at least 2 close-ups of the damaged area.
- Tell the driver right away, and also leave a text for Saalgu (1551-2425 or your contact number).
- If the driver admits the damage and you agree on an amount right away, that amount can be taken off the balance (for B2B Integrated Booking, when Saalgu has confirmed it). If you can't agree, pay the balance as agreed, and Saalgu will handle the damage compensation separately.
You just need to let us know within 14 days, counting your moving day (Reporting damage or loss).
During a move, the crew is often busy loading and carrying, so they can't always answer right away. Rather than calling again and again, text your “address, current situation and what you need.”
If the driver still doesn't answer, send the same message to 1551-2425 or the contact number in your KakaoTalk notification. Saalgu will contact the driver and let you know what's happening.
After your move & compensation
- Whether your appliances turn on and work properly
- Whether your furniture has any scratches or dents
- Whether anything is missing (the number of boxes, items unloaded separately)
If there's a problem, take photos and tell the driver right away, and let Saalgu know within 14 days, counting your moving day (Reporting damage or loss).
Yes. For moves booked with Saalgu (Platform Safe Booking and B2B Integrated Booking), if something is broken or lost through the driver's fault, the driver pays first, directly or through insurance, and if that doesn't resolve it, Saalgu compensates through Saalgu Care up to 10 million won per case. Lost items are also compensated if there's proof.
- Let Saalgu know within 14 days, counting your moving day.
- You'll need proof such as before-and-after photos, purchase records and a repair estimate.
- The compensation amount is set according to the Standard Terms for Moving Freight and the Moving Dispute Mediation Casebook, with depreciation for how long the item has been used.
Not compensated: cases where you've already been compensated by the driver, where you repaired or replaced the item before claiming, natural disasters such as weather, animals and plants, items you carried together with the crew or by yourself, items broken because of poor packing, and cases with no proof.
Moves where you contract directly with a moving company, such as on-site-visit estimates for full-pack or semi-pack moves of homes 21 pyeong or larger, aren't covered by Saalgu Care. In that case, please claim against the moving company you contracted with. For how to report it, see Reporting damage or loss.
When the move is finished, check the condition of your belongings together with the driver, and if anything looks wrong, say so on the spot. For damage or loss you discover later, let Saalgu know in writing within 14 days, counting your moving day (the “Saalgu” KakaoTalk channel, a text to your contact person, or cs@saalgu.com).
What to send
- The item's name, brand and model, and when you bought it and for how much (a receipt or payment record for expensive items)
- Photos from before the move (if you have any) and current photos: at least 1 of the whole item and at least 2 close-ups of the damaged area
- A short note on when you noticed it and during what part of the work
- If it can be repaired, a repair estimate or diagnosis report. Please don't repair it first; talk to Saalgu before you do.
- The compensation amount you're asking for
How it's handled: Report received → Facts checked with the driver → Driver's insurance coverage checked → Compensation amount agreed → Payment
Under the Standard Terms for Moving Freight, you can claim directly against the moving company (driver) within 30 days from your moving day. For what is covered and up to how much, see Damage and loss compensation.
First, check your boxes, inside your cabinets and any items unloaded separately from the truck once more. Things you can't find right after a move most often turn up in another box as you unpack.
If it's still missing, let the driver and Saalgu know right away. Saalgu will ask the driver to check the cargo area and the route the crew worked along, and if something was left behind, we'll have it brought back to you.
Items that could lead to serious disputes, such as cash or precious metals, may need a police report. Please set valuables aside before the move.
To be compensated through Saalgu Care, let us know within 14 days, counting your moving day.
You can view it until 30 days after your moving day. After that, the page closes, and finished or canceled moves can be viewed in “My Saalgu history” after logging in with Kakao.
You can write one with “Write a Review” on the Reviews page of the Saalgu website. Your review is a big help to other customers choosing Saalgu.

Cleaning starts at 8–9 AM or 1–2 PM. You can also choose the start time yourself. The exact arrival time may vary slightly with traffic.
It usually takes about 3 hours for a one-room home, 3–4 hours for a two-room home, and about 4 hours for three or more rooms. The expected time for your home is shown in your cleaning estimate result.
Your booking is confirmed when you pay 10% of the total cleaning price (rounded up to the nearest 1,000 won) as the deposit. You can choose card or bank transfer on the payment screen.
Pay the balance to the on-site team leader after the cleaning is finished and you've inspected it together.
| When you cancel | Deposit refund |

| Within 12 hours of paying, or earlier than 7 days before the cleaning date | Full amount |
| 7 to 4 days before the cleaning date | 50% |
| From 3 days before the cleaning date to the day itself | No refund |
There's no separate cancellation fee beyond the deposit.
When the cleaning is done, inspect it on site together with the team leader. After that, if you let us know with photos within 7 days about anything within the standard scope that was missed, our partner company will check it and clean it again.
- Because the remedy is re-cleaning, we don't offer a refund or a price discount instead.
- If interior work or moving of belongings took place after the cleaning, dirt caused by that is not covered.
Yes, we can. Just choose how many in the cleaning estimate, and the cost is added to the price right away. Adding it on site costs the same.

We use eco-friendly detergents, and the products we use can vary with the condition on site. The standard cleaning doesn't leave a chemical smell, but spots where heavy soiling required a separate chemical may keep a slight smell.
You don't need to stay as long as you arrange access in advance. Cleaning starts at 8–9 AM or 1–2 PM (you can also choose the time yourself) and takes about 3 hours for a one-room home, 3–4 hours for a two-room home, and about 4 hours for three or more rooms.
We'll contact you 30–40 minutes before we finish, so please check the cleaning with us at the end.
Electricity and water must be available. In summer we can work without hot water, but in winter hot water is needed.
If electricity or water isn't connected, the cleaning may have to be postponed, or a waiting charge may apply.
We contact you 30–40 minutes before the cleaning ends. At the end, walk through each area with the team leader, and if anything was missed, say so on the spot.
- Floors are finished with a dry cloth so they aren't slippery.
- For areas prone to mold and water stains, the team leader explains how to look after them.
- Separate cloths are used for each area.
If you find a missed spot after the inspection, let us know with photos within 7 days (If you're not happy with the cleaning).
No. Phytoncide treatment, anti-stain glass coating, steam sterilization and floor coating (Astonish) are included free with the cleaning. However, some of these may not be available in certain areas, so we'll tell you when you book whether they're available in yours.
The cleaning partner company pays for it. If you let Saalgu know with photos within 7 days from the day the cleaning was finished, Saalgu passes it on to the partner company, guides you through the process and mediates.
