How much are grout work, elastic coating and new-home syndrome care?

Our cleaning partner does the work directly, and if you choose these in the cleaning estimate, the cost is added to your price and deposit right away.

• Grout work: Priced by the number of bathrooms (based on 2 bathrooms; half for 1 · 1.5 times for 3). Usually done the day before the cleaning.
• Elastic coating: 400,000 won for the master bedroom balcony + laundry room of a newly built home. For older buildings, we give a separate estimate after seeing photos.
• New-home syndrome care: 150,000 won under 20 pyeong · 200,000 won for 20–29 pyeong · 50,000 won more for every additional 10 pyeong above that. Usually done on the cleaning day, taking about 6 hours.
