How should I take care of valuables and cash?

Valuables such as cash, precious metals and jewelry, expensive watches, luxury goods, securities and important documents should be set aside the day before the move and kept and carried by you personally.

If any single item is worth 1,000,000 won or more, please tell us in advance when you book. If you don't tell us in advance, compensation may be limited.

If valuables or cash seem to have gone missing on site

1. Ask the crew to pause the work.
2. Report it to the local police station right away.
3. Let Saalgu know right away (1551-2425 or your contact number).
4. Once the check is done, we decide together whether to continue the work.

Once all the work is finished, it can become hard to establish the facts.
