Move-in Cleaning
It was a new construction move-in so there was construction dust everywhere. Seeing them remove every drawer and clean deep inside every corner built real trust. Thank you for all your hard work.

The previous tenant used the kitchen so roughly that the grease buildup seemed hopeless. But after Move University's cleaning team came through, it looked brand new! They scrubbed inside the range hood filter and under the sink cabinet until everything was spotless. I could start cooking right away! Thank you so much!

In conclusion, I'm extremely satisfied. I used the 'Malgeum' cleaning company through Move University for move-in cleaning. We had to move on the same day, so the cleaning was scheduled from 11AM to 2PM. However, the previous tenant left an hour later than agreed, so cleaning didn't start until after noon. The team leader arrived early on-site, explained the situation by phone in advance, and was ready to start immediately. They began work simultaneously as our current move was wrapping up, helping everything proceed quickly. Despite only having about 2 hours, they cleaned nearly perfectly, and I'm leaving this review with great satisfaction. What's even more impressive is the after-service. Since the work was done in a short time, there were very minor areas that could have been better. Two days later, I contacted them not expecting much, but their kind consultation and quick follow-up service exceeded all expectations. (They had appointments until late that day but came right over without even going home.) I've had move-in cleaning done about 3 times before, and it never matched the reviews and satisfaction was never high. But this time, I'm confident I made the best choice. My only regret is that I was too busy to ask the team leader's name... From the friendly consultation to thorough on-site care and perfect after-service, everything was excellent. I will definitely use them again for my next move-in cleaning. Thank you so much to the team leader who came to our home. Stay healthy and happy :)

Residential Cleaning
With a young child at home cleaning was always on my mind, but they offered eco-friendly chemicals which made me feel safe entrusting the job. The moment the manager arrived, she focused on my child's room first and explained the ingredients of the detergents in detail - I really appreciated that. From organizing the toy bin to sterilizing the mattress and wiping the often-overlooked dust between the desk legs, every spot was taken care of. They finished by ventilating the rooms and double-checked any place a child might put in their mouth. When my child came home and said the room was sparkling, it felt worth far more than the price.
Move-in Cleaning
I asked for a cleaning before moving into a new place at lease end, and they removed wallpaper paste marks and floor installation traces with great care. They even disassembled inner light fixtures and outlet covers - parts I would never normally check - and cleaned each piece. They picked dust deep inside the veranda window rails out one by one with small brushes and finished with sterilization mist, so the air felt fresh even before I moved my things in. They stayed about thirty minutes longer than the original quote estimate to do a final check, which struck me as truly responsible. I'll definitely call again for my next move.
Appliance Cleaning
I had a seven-year-old air conditioner disassembled and cleaned, and I was genuinely shocked by the amount of dust that came out. Before starting, the team lead filmed the disassembly process to show me and explained how each part would be washed, which built my trust. Thick old dust was packed into the blower fan, but after chemical treatment and high-pressure washing the air smelled completely different when I turned it on. They wiped the floor of any water afterward and kindly informed me of the recommended next cleaning interval. Efficiency improved so noticeably I regretted not doing it sooner.
Residential Cleaning
As a dual-income couple I kept putting off cleaning until mold and water stains became severe, so I called them in. Two managers split the bathroom, kitchen, and veranda and worked simultaneously - quick yet without missing a single detail. They removed mold marks from the bathroom ceiling with chemicals and even disassembled the kitchen hood to wash the deep grease. I loved how they took before-and-after photos to show me exactly what was done. It seems like routine cleaning would lighten the load on me significantly, so I switched to bi-weekly. Truly grateful.
