Got their business card when I saw my neighbor moving and used them this time. As expected, they came in clean uniforms and worked quickly and quietly so as not to disturb the neighbors. So grateful~!

이사하는 날 비가 와서 걱정했는데, 탑차로 이사해서 비 맞을 일이 전혀 없었네요. 기사님도 너무 친절하셔서 잘 이사했어요.

이사하기 2시간 전 급히 요청드릴 사항이 있어 담당자분께 부탁드렸더니 즉시 처리해 주셔서 감사했습니다. 이번에 배정된 기사님도 갑작스럽게 추가요금 요구하지 않으시고 깔끔하게 이사 도와주셔서 여러모로 만족스러웠습니다. 1차 이사때 기사님이 계약 내용과 별개로 추가요금과 스타벅스 커피를 요구하셔서 원래 이런 시스템인가 싶었는데 2차 이사때 배정된 기사님은 별도 요구사항이 없으셨어요. 기사님들마다 계약내용 이행이 다르신듯 한데 이 점 개선해 주시면 이용자 입장에서 도움이 될 것 같습니다.
