Moving into a brand-new apartment with lots of belongings and several old pieces of furniture, I was very worried, but the Move University team handled it like true professionals. They paid the most attention to a mother-of-pearl vanity table I inherited from my mother-in-law, padding every corner and carrying it slowly with two people, so it didn't get a single scratch. I had also booked move-in cleaning for the new place, and they coordinated the schedule so my belongings could go in right after cleaning was done - I was so grateful. They installed the appliances, ran test cycles, and even routed the internet cable so we could resume normal life the same day. Truly thankful.

I moved closer to work and upgraded from a studio to a two-bedroom for the first time. The consultation was so kind that I decided on the spot. The pre-visit estimator inspected even the depth of my wardrobe and accurately scheduled a 1-ton truck. On the day, two movers arrived five minutes early and worked without missing a beat, as if they had already mapped out the entire load order. My bookshelf is extremely heavy, but the two of them lifted it safely in coordination and reassembled it even more solidly at the new place. They even swept up dust from the floor with a broom on their way out. The price was reasonable and I'll definitely use them again.

We moved during the Children's Day long weekend, so the schedule was tight, but Move University assigned a veteran team for the very first day of the holiday and put us at ease. Five movers arrived and tackled the living room, bedroom, and kids' room simultaneously, working in seamless coordination. With young kids the toy collection was overwhelming, but they sorted everything by box and even labeled each one. They moved the children's desk in one piece without disassembly, which was impressive. They cheerfully repositioned furniture twice in the new place, and finished with a thorough cleanup. Everything came in at the original quoted price with no extras - a truly satisfying move.

Whenever I asked questions during the quote stage they answered patiently and in detail, which built my trust, and on the day the movers checked outlet locations when installing the new appliances and secured everything safely. My mattress wouldn't fit into the elevator and had to be carried up the stairs - and they did it at the original quoted price, which truly touched me. Even my parents complimented how kind they were. I would confidently recommend them to anyone starting their first solo life.

We are a three-generation household so we had a tremendous amount of belongings, but during the consultation they calmly broke everything down by category, which made cost prediction very clear. On moving day six veteran movers arrived and tackled the first floor and second floor simultaneously with separate routes - it looked like a perfectly choreographed team. They sorted my grandmother's lifetime collection of porcelain into dedicated boxes and wrapped each piece individually in newspaper - that really moved me. At the new home they even installed the appliances and ran test cycles, so we could resume normal life the very same day. If we ever move again, I'll absolutely call them back.
